    The Universal Accessibility Master Plan (May 2010) represents TMB's commitment to improving quality of life for people with functional disabilities. It defines the areas of action and the tasks to be developed, all with a common denominator: to manage and adapt our transport services and infrastructure to eliminate architectural barriers and ensure universal accessibility. In order to attain these objectives, we are developing ten projects in the corporate, metro and bus areas.

    The Cooperation and Solidarity Master Plan (May 2009) is inspired by TMB's corporate mission, vision and values: to continue to work to advance towards a more just and sustainable society, and to improve citizens' quality of life. Our undertaking to work on social action projects us based on six programmes: TMB fosters volunteering: get moving!, TMB social procurement, TMB services to support mobility, TMB shares knowledge, TMB assignment of assets no longer in use, and TMB dissemination and charitable support.

    Aware of its positive impact on the environment and society, TMB is committed to green procurement and aims to include environmental and social criteria when purchasing products and services in order to obtain benefits for the environment and society as a whole.

    TMB is aware of the environmental aspects of maintaining its facilities and rolling stock, and the transport operations it undertakes. Likewise, it acknowledges its responsibility to reduce the environmental impact it generates.
