Universal Accessibility Master Plan [PDF: 3901 KB]
The Universal Accessibility Master Plan (May 2010) represents TMB's commitment to improving quality of life for people with functional disabilities. It defines the areas of action and the tasks to be developed, all with a common denominator: to manage and adapt our transport services and infrastructure to eliminate architectural barriers and ensure universal accessibility. In order to attain these objectives, we are developing ten projects in the corporate, metro and bus areas.

"Station 1924: 90 years of the Barcelona metro" [PDF: 6142 KB]
The catalogue of the exhibition to commemorate 90 years of the Barcelona metro, held at the Espai Mercè Sala from 17 December 2014 to 6 March 2015. The catalogue contains the essence of the exhibition: a journey back to before the metro opened to see how it started, its design and building process, with photos and heritage items from the TMB Foundation displayed in the exhibition.

Cutting-edge technology at the service of people. The introduction of automated metro trains provides greater safety, reliability and flexibility by adapting supply to demand, amongst other benefits. Consistent with its desire to give the best possible service, TMB is committing to automation, as shown in the opening, in Barcelona in 2009, of the first stretch of line 9/10, the first automated metro line in Spain.
