Registration for a single-parent or large-family profile
What are the procedures you have to carry out?
- Register as a T-mobilitat user.
Create a T-mobilitat account and link it to your JoTMBé account through TMB Tickets or TMB App. It takes just a few minutes.
- Apply for the FM/FN profile
Just select the Add profile action found in T-mobilitat profiles on TMB Tickets website.
If you agree to the use of PICA, you do not need to attach any document.
If you do not accept it or are unable to benefit from this service, you will need to attach images of the front and back pages of your ID, foreign-national identification document (NIE) or passport and your regional-community single-parent or large-family card.
Assigning the FM/FN profile to the person in your charge requires verification by an official, so it can take up to two days.
The FM/FN profile is valid up to the last day of validity of the single-parent or large-family card you have produced. Once this card expires, you will need to renew your profile by producing a new single-parent or large-family card.
- If you have no support, apply for it and activate it.
Once you receive confirmation that the FM/FN profile, has been assigned, you can then request a personalised card or e-walled for Android mobiles with NFC. This support will now state that you have the FM/FN profile and you will be able to upload and download specific tickets (T-usual FM/FN general, T-usual FM/FN especial, T-70/90 FM/FN general, T-70/90 FM/FN especial, T-jove FM/FN general, T-jove FM/FN especial).

- If you already have the support, assign your profile to the support.
Once you receive confirmation that you have been assigned the FM/FN profile, you will need to add the bonus profile to the support from TMB Tickets' support details page. From then on you will be able to use the support to upload and download specific tickets for single-parent or large-family households.
