We listen to your comments and study what can be done to improve our service.
You can use this form to submit any complaint, claim or suggestion about the service we provide. In order to manage your communication efficiently we need specific information.
A signed authorisation is required in order to submit complaints, claims or suggestions on behalf of a third party, as well as a copy of the ID document of both the representative and the person being represented.
The following forms may also be useful for certain specific matters:
- Lost property form, to find out if the object you lost on TMB transport has been found.
- Statements form, if you disagree with the minimum fine for a breach of the regulations
